The 6 Week Challenge

I am very proud to let you all know that I am a Lifetime Weight Watchers Member as about 7 years ago I lost over 80lbs with this amazing Weight Loss group. I have kept the weight off the simple way — exercise and proper nutrition. However, despite the fact that I only gained the recommended 25lbs with the pregnancy of my daughter and have since lost all of the weight, I must be honest and tell you that I have not stepped foot in the gym since I was pregnant. Sad, I know! Plus despite being back to my pre-baby weight, lets be honest — nothing ‘fits’ quite like it did before!
Therefore I’ve decided to take the 6 week challenge and make my lazy butt get back into shape and I need YOUR help! By posting my results / progress on this blog I will be obligated to keep up with this as I don’t want to fail in front of all of you! 🙂
And so the challenge is on — my goal is to exercise 5-7 days a week and lose 10lbs! I will be checking in w/ you all once a week to update you on my progress.
